Abstract

This paper shows itself as a reflection on the social responsibility nowadays. It tries to identity in the non-profit institutions view the people’s role, enterprise’s role and the preparation of these people to be the subject of change in the social activities developed by the enterprises. The paper tries to go beyond these perceptions, identifying the most important points between the enterprise and non-profit institution’s relationship, and the executive’s preparation to develop the enterprise policies. The social responsibility identification under the non-profit institutions view permits a new vision that should make easier the understanding on how each social actor is performing his role.

Key-words: Social responsibility. Non-profit institutions. Ethical business. Third sector.
